Upcoming Events and Groups for Young People in Hertfordshire
I saw that our partners over at WithYouth, provided by Hertfordshire Mind Network, have published their new online workshop and groups.
The workshops are open to all young people who attend a school or are registered with a GP in Hertfordshire. A referral is not needed to access a workshop. You just need to sign up!
WithYouth are providing groups that will cover the following topics:
Understanding Emotions
Friendships and Relationships
Coping Strategies
Self-Harm and 5 Ways to Wellbeing
Abuse and Exploitation
Changes
Bullying
How To Cope At School
Home Life
Identity
Building Confidence and Self-Esteem
The groups will run on an 8-week block with a capacity for up to 15 young people, and will run as follows:
For Young People Aged 7—12: 6PM on Tuesdays.
For Young People 13+: 7PM on Wednesdays.

Additionally, our friends at First Steps ED are running monthly workshops on Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). These are four-week ARFID support group for young people, ages 7-14 and a workshop for older people ages 15+, which are running on a monthly basis. To find out more, click here:
